Flex bellows

Atomic Astra uses a superior flex bellow design that not only matches the tubing thickness but also includes a liner on the inside for maximum flow without creating turbulence while increasing velocity. This ensures the best performance out of the exhaust as well as the strength of the bellow.

Titanium pipe walls

All Atomic Astra exhaust use a 1.2mm thick wall of Grade 4 titanium which is the strongest and purest grade of titanium available. This ensures the best longevity and strength of the exhaust.

Exhaust tips

CNC billet 6061-T6 aluminum tips for the best fit and performance as Aluminum dissipates heat 15 times faster than stainless steel, as well as a 1800 degree cerakote coating inside and out to help protect the vehicles body, trim, and paint. We take this extra step for the ultimate protection of the vehicle. 

Filler rod

All Atomic Astra exhaust are tig welded by hand with filler rod and back purged with argon along with using a special filler rod material. This filler rod has special properties such as high temperature stability and creep strength making it the ultimate filler rod for performance exhaust due to these special properties it stays a beautiful gold color when heat treated giving the iconic and exclusive Atomic Astra look.
